Under the rules for the new office, a preliminary inquiry is begun when two of its members ? one from each party ? seek such action in writing. The panel has 30 days to conduct an initial review and then 45 days for any further inquiry. It can refer cases to the House ethics committee, where the authority to discipline lawmakers rests.

Nothing to see here until results are in from the preliminary inquiry.

I can only guess that CAD will be shocked that I support the investigation. I also agree with Farang that we can't draw any valid conclusions until the facts of the case are known from the Congressional panel and/or information revealed during Blago's upcoming trial.

One thing we know for sure is that there is enough interest in Jackson from all sides that it won't slip away unnoticed.

 for the facts.

I'm interested in hearing the results of this investigation. He's done if he's found to be involved.

Kind of like you are waiting for the facts of the case to come in against the Bush Administration? This place is pure gold.. pure comedy gold.

How much evidence of how many facts do you need about your thankfully EX-Traitor In Chief and his criminal cabal of traitors, murderers, torturers, war criminals, war profiteers and general incompetents?

I could repost several of my foot long "macros," including names, dates, quotes and links that prove the charges, but all you'd do is piss and moan that I was posting more "macros," regardless of the fact that everything in them is true.

You can search for them in my old posts, or I'll repost them if you insist, but only if you promise to post hard evidence disproving any of the charges against the Bushwhackos you dispute.

Still waiting for you to disprove anything I've posted about the crimes committed by your EX-Traitor In Chief and his gang of traitors, murderers, torturers, war criminals, war profiteers and general incompetents.

Hell! You can't even come up with facts to prove that Jesse Jackson Jr. is guilty. You remember... A black guy from Chicago... Son of another well known black guy... Blagojevich... Pay for play... Congressional investigation...

That was the OP's topic before you tried to derail the thread with an irrelevant attack on me.

And oh yeah... me agreeing that Congress should investigate Jackson regarding crimes he may have committed, and YOU denying the facts and objecting to investigations of the Bushwhackos' crimes.
