All the bills they pass are like that. Someone will pay a high price though for leaking this one before they filled in the blanks, they usually keep these in the 'Do you need money, apply now " box

i gotta say nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to the government.

when you have one of the mos the most powerful people in government saying "we don't know what's in teh bill. we have to pass it to know" (or something to that effect) it blows everything else out. NOTHING can top that...well besides the fact people bought it.

It is sad that I have to ask this, but do we know what is in the bill, or is there text somewhere that we could find out? I would love to make fun of the government, but I want to know what they did in a bill with no name.

Why should you know more about it that the Congresscritters that passed it?
