I think Orin Hatch is giant buttplug for introducing the INDUCE Act but I hope something is done to force the NCAA to follow due-process when investigating schools. If anyone followed the NCAA investigations into Alabama, Miss St, and Missouri you'll see some truly under-handed investigative tactics (like changing odometer readings to increase the value of a car) and a severe lack of giving schools the opportunity to meet their accusers.
