In EBITDA, for the T (Tax) is it only Federal/State income taxes or does it also include Franchise taxes + state fees or do those go into G&A?

Definitely. It was a no brainer. I'm basically going from a manager of a department with a narrow focus and one which I've lead for 5 years, to a controller of two major cost centers. The raise will be there, but the bigger picture is that this sets me up for bigger things down the road.
