Congrats Ming Tsai

Yeah. That show owns. Man I used to really watch the Food Network a few years ago. Emeril Lagasse EVERYDAY. Iron Chef every friday/saturday/whatever day it was on.

I remember the special version where they went to some Duke in France and they battled in his Castle or something. I also enjoy that show where they go everywhere in the US and try out all the food.

I'll have to tell my wife, she loves Ming Tsai. She keeps bothering me to go to that restaurant he has in Massachusetts, has any one tried it? I think its calls the blue blosson???
 
The comments by the judges in this American version make the show 100X better than the Japanese version where everybody was too polite to say anything but "Oh....this dish was wonderful."
