This processor is available in two versions:

ADA4400CDBOX
ADA4400CDBOX

for almost the same price (literally $6 difference).

I have checked AMD's website, but I do not know how to interpret the data: they differ in "max temp" and "thermal power". The cpu with the lower max temp has the higher thermal power. So what....?

Please help.....

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Sorry for my typo; the two AMD part numbers are
ADV4400CDBOX
ADA4400CDBOX

Sold here:

http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80726-1

http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80726-R

And AMD's compariosn page is here:
http://www.amdcompare.com/us-en/desktop...px?opn=ADA4400DAA6CD&opn=ADV4400DAA6CD

The only difference I see is in Max Temp and Thermal Power, but I do not understand how to interpret the tradeoff.....
ADV... = 49-71 degrees, 89W
ADA... = 49-65 degrees, 110W

Which is preferable?
