Wait 5 seconds, the upper part moves and using extra parts it creates 13 little people.

I figured it out 🙂

It basically assembles 13th guy out of parts of other guys. Notice how on the end result one guy is missing tip of his head, another guy is missing bottom of his shoes and 3rd guy is much shorter. 🙂
