Intro: Apparently the Dell SB chat is closed at this time of night, so it routed me to home chat. He gave me the number to call for Dell SB support, and this is the confusion that followed;

11:40:28 PM Sujith XXXX - The chat is routed to us.
11:40:32 PM ME - do you know if that # is open on saturdays?
11:40:47 PM Sujith XXXX - I do apologizes for the inconveniences.
11:41:07 PM Sujith XXXX - No this is closed in week days too.
11:41:35 PM ME - huh?
11:41:48 PM Sujith XXXX - Well, I see that the carriers work next on Tuesday and then later on from Thursday onwards.
11:42:07 PM Sujith XXX - Your welcome anytime.
11:42:07 PM Sujith XXX - Have a nice evening. Goodnight!!!

DELL is really starting to get on my nerves too, my computer died and I sent it to them 3 frikin weeks ago, the person I called said it would be 3-5 days, I called 5 days later and the person then said 5-10 days. Well now its 18 days and they still haven't even looked at it, let alone get me a replacement sen't back. I was hoping to get alot of work done over the break, but no I can't do any of it because I have no computer now. And now I can't believe it I'm gonna be going back and STILL now have a computer right when I have 2 huge programs and exams coming up. At least at school I can go to the computer labs, but its still a big hassle. Calling the tech support doesn't get you anywhere either, everyone is Indian and they cant even bring up the information, they just quote some meaningless timelines and try to be as friendly as possible, but they have no information, and no mens to get anything done.

I love DELL chat support
So far out of like 10 times that I talked with them, they've been very helpful and spoke good English
I would give all of them a 10/10 on helping

The person who you just talked with is an exception
I have no clue what he/she is talking about
