I spotted the MLM scheme in 6 seconds.
A matrix consists of a 20-50 person cycle. On a 20 person cycle, the first person on the list will get their free item after 20 other people purchase that same business software.

What's so confusing?
 
There was an article on MSNBC or Newsweek about these schemes not too long ago. It's basically a pyramid. It's illegal and it's a scam.
