Which temperatures do I use or believe

56C,46C or 38C

I always err on the side of caution and go with the highest temperature.

core temp and realtemp are actually reporting the same temp, they just have a 10c difference b/c coretemp shows a tjunction of 105c and realtemp shows 95c. you can edit the .ini the .98.1 edition of coretemp to change it to the correct tjunction. for more info look here:
