Hello all,
My Geil PC6400 DDR2 4-4-4-12 CAS4 memory has gone bad and it's looking like I'll be getting a refund. So now I have to choose a new memory. I've done some research and it seems the Micron D9 are the mem chips of choice but am unsure of which models of memory use them so any suggestions would be much appreciated my rig is the following:
E6400 Anadale oc'ed to 3.2ghz
Gigabyte GA-965P-S3
Ninja 1100P rev b with yateloon 120mm fan
Enchance 500w supply 80+
Samsung spinpoint 160g sata
Nvidia 7600GT PCIEX
Lian-Li case
I think Crucial Balistics and Gskill HZ uses D9 any others looking for a 1gig stick for now in the PC6400 range with 4-4-4-12 timings or better also does anyone one know if supertalent memory uses the Micron D9 mem chips? will add another when funds permit
