Confused on how to make a bootable cd

I am trying to put the modified flashrom, and the modified bios onto a bootable cd. I unzipped the flashrom downloaded from techPowerup and i tried to make a bootable cd with that and the bios on it using Nero. Nero gives me an error that there is no disc in the drive.

Could somebody tell me how they made a bootable CD. I dont have a floppy drive or a usb drive so those are out of the quetison

I just used Nero to do this. It's very easy.

i just did nero again, but this time when i reboot, i get the error message
