confused CD Creator 4.02

CD Creator mixes up my cd-rom with my cd-writer. My cd-rom is D drive, cd-writer is e drive. CD creator thinks the cd-rom is e drive and vice versa. Direct CD has the right drive designations for the drives and so does the Plextor Manager software. It used to work right but CD Creator tries to write to wrong drive now. I have uninstalled all CD software and uninstalled the CD writer and redetected it but it still mixes them up. Win2000 Pro , FIC503A, Latest VIA mobo drivers. any ideas? wwg@xprt.net
