Confused, bought something on eCost.com, doesn't look like it charged my card

First off, DON"T buy anything on eCost.com. Bought something that was refurbed, and well, it doesn't work.
Anyway, I am returning it for a refund, but after looking on my Bank of America account, it doesn't look like I was ever charged for it.

What happened? Do they charge you later or something? I bought it about 3 days ago.

Heh. I work for the company that bought out eCost. Needless to say, this is probably a pretty common occurence. They *should* bill you for it sooner or later, probably later after they finally do an audit on it.

BoA is horrible about posting things online. Check your available to your ledger balance and see if the money is missing. A lot of times it wouldn't even show missing in my available. That is one of the reasons I don't bank with them anymore.

Well I just bought something at EBgames and it showed up already (literally did 20 minutes ago)

i don't think it matters whether you bought it from ecost or amazon. the fact that it was refurbed is your problem.
