confused about which drivers i need, first time intel

Hello, I've only used nforce boards and I'm used to downloading one driver. But now I'm confused which drivers I need and installing them.

Motherboard: asus p5q ICHR10 p45chipset
e8400
vista 64
4gb ram
640gb wd drive in ahci


Step 1, running ahci mode (no raid) do I preload the intel matrix drivers during vista 64 install or just install vista 64 by itself?

step 2 install intel chipset software

step 3 install intel matrix driver for ahci support?

Do I have to install the marvell sata drivers?

step 4 the rest (video,soundcard,lan)

If you need them, vista will ask for certain drivers. It usually has all the device drivers for any newer board; only problem may be the sata driver, but I've only seen this problem on older boards. Even Ubuntu 7.10 found all the devices on an older 754 board. Windows 2k and xp will need the motherboard cd drivers.
