confused about Vcore in bios

superb

my a7v(1004c) bios show the vcore 1.57v(default voltage) but i have set the voltage to 1.615v .my cpu/mb temp. show the same value in both asus probe monitor and bios set up without problem.
i am running the extra juice of 100 mhz from my duron 650.
i just want to know why my bios show 1.57v instead of the actual voltage 1.615v.(i have set the VID setting to 1.615v in jumper mode)

Perhaps the readings are correct and your board/PSU just isn't supplying enough power. Generally, people have the opposite observation where the actual voltage is higher than what they have it set to.

What PSU do you have?
