confused about raid on evga 750i

I bought this damn board thinking it had hardware raid, but it's a software fake raid. You have to enable raid and then enable each drive you want.

I have 3 drives - one for Windows and 2 for a mirror raid for data. When I enable raid, I can set up the mirror array, but then it doesn't see the Windows drive. If I disable raid, it will see the Windows drive. Does this stupid mobo's raid all or nothing? I only want raid on 2 drives - not all of them...
