Confused About Overclocking

I just built my first PC and would like to OC my P4 2.8E , but I don't know how to really start other than the FSB speed. I guess I am just confused as to how that ties in with the DDRAM settings. Could someone help me out? Here are my specs:

I agree, is there a link to a OC'ing guide? or FAQ? somethign for us n00bs to work with so we don't fry our CPU's?
