Confused about dual rails, does my antec neohe 500w have it?

I might be getting a gtx260 for the system in my sig, but I'm not sure if I have enough if it has dual rails?

The neoHE 500 watt has three +12v rails.

So it the 17a per rail enough for a gtx260? I'm really clueless with psu's.

If it is built by Seasonic, it may only have a single rail. I am not sure Seasonic does any multi-rail designs...they just claim they do. I am only guessing though.
