Confused about ati catalyst driver

Just entered the world of ATI this afternoon 😀
bought myself a 9500pro (powered by ati)
I went to ati site and I found 2 diff. version of catalyst v3.2
one is for POWERED BY ATI and the other one is for Built by ATI
both of them are diff. version.
BUILT BY ATI = 6.14.01.6307
powered by ati = 7.84

I'm confused. can anyone guide this me?
Why 2 diff. version of driver(one powered one built)? aren't they use the same graphics chip?
Can I use BUILT BY ATI version on my card which is a powered by ati card?
 
One is for retail ATI boxed cards hence built by ati. The other is for cards like sapphire, power color etc... Try it out see if the built by ATI drivers will work. If not then you just have to uninstall them. Don't know what the difference is between the two.
