Confused about 12V and Vid Requirements

I haven't built a PC in about 5 years, so I'm new to the high power requirements of today's video cards.

I'm interested in a 8800GT, specifically one such as this:

Vid Card

and I recently purchased this PS:

I know that 650W is more than I really need. Only using one HDD and no RAID or SLI or anything crazy. But my question is on the +12V rails. The card in question says it needs 26A rails, but my PS has 3 +12Vrails that only draw 19A. Is this adequate?

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I haven't seen hardly any PS in question with more than 26A on a +12V other than a PC Power and Cooling supply that won't fit in my Lian Li case.

Thanks in advance for your help!

The 26A recommendation is for the entire system load and not just the video card. In addition it does not require a 26A single rail, so your psu with 3x 12V rails with a max combined wattage of 540W (45A) exceeds their recommendation. :)
