confuse between 7 , 9 latency ! any advice?

hi guys , i wanna buy either the G.Skill trident + turbulence II or G.Skill Ripjaws , the 12gb (3 x 4gb) , but the latency for trident is 7 and the ripjaws is 9 , so am confusing between these two , is there a big difference in performance between these two rams ? how about the latency ! any advice ! thnx in advance.

Unless you are benchmarking, there is zero difference in performance.
