Conflicts with Matrox Millenium G200, HELP

I just installed a new ABIT KT7 board with an Athlon 750, 128megs dram, and a new Matrox Millenium G200 8megs video ram. Its only been about 8 hours that everything has been up and running just fine when all of a sudden i get black vertical lines across my screen and the whole thing just hangs up so i have to restart. What's wrong here?
