Conflicts? Between these two Heatsinks?

I'm running a Thermalright SLK-947U on my Abit NF7-s V2.0. My northbridge fan just died and I'm looking into the Zalman NB47J passive cooling solution. I was wondering if there are any size conflicts between these two on this motherboard? If there are is there any other recommendation? Thanks!

Seems like I have seen people use them with an SLK-900.
Really if there is a conflict, just grind away the part that hits.....
If it is that close you will get the benefit of your CPU fan blowing onto the Zalman.
I am using one with an SLK-800U and it doesn't touch.
