Conflicting User accounts?

Ive got a PC from my cousin, so far everything has been running smooth except there seems to be a 'ghost' account. When ever I need to use administrative privileges, it asks for permission from an account that doesn't exist (at least that's what it seems like). I can't delete anything because the system always asks for this one specific user to give permission, but because I don't know where this user is, I cant delete things.

Here's a picture for reference:

Sounds like an ownership issue. Have you tried taking ownership of the folder?

The thing is, it's not just one folder. Almost every folder in the libraries requires access from this 'ghost account'.

Edit: im trying what you said now. will be back with results

So I went to change ownership, but then I noticed the "Steve" account is some how branched

RebateMonger, I'll go try your method.

Go the the Computer Management panel, expand the "Local Users and Groups", and then expand "Users". See if there's an "Administrator" account there. Or a "Rajinder" account.
