Conflicting oc reports from memtest/bios/cpuz

Memtest86 and Orthos dual prime report my cpu at 3600, but my bios and cpuz report it at 3200 (where my oc should put it) Please confirm...

Asus P5N-E SLI 650i w/E6600 & Ballistix DDR800 4-4-4-12 2T:

Unlinked FSB/DDR
Multi = 8
FSB (QDR) = 1600
DDR = 800

No errors, I just want to make sure I'm at 3200!
Oh, does LDT stay at 5?
