Conflict with Soyo???

I havent heard of any specific compatibility issues between the GF4 Ti4600 and any Soyo mobs's, but that certainly doesnt mean there are none.
Have u tried contacting Soyo tech support?

If you specify what issues your experiencing perhaps someone here may be able to assist you.
