Fouling Bowen each time is so lame. I know that Nelson is trying anything to get his team back in to this game, but come on.

Kinda funny how the most dominate player and the most dominate big men play in the Western Conf. and all of them have great low post games. It is pretty much the low post play and the large amount of great power forwards that makes the Western Conf. better. The only big man that stands out in my mind for the East is Wallace, and that is about it.
Damn Duncan is on fire tonight. Dirk and Fin are having great games so far, not Duncan quality though. If Nash or Van Exel could step it up it'd be an even game right about now
If the Spurs could shoot free throws worth a flip this game (as well as a couple in the Lakers series) wouldn't even be close so far. I'm getting sick of the refs calling every ticky tacky foul though. I'll be hearing whistles in my sleep tonight.
Mavs down by 5.. could be an interesting 4th quarter!

That's not really a standout stat in this game though. More fouls than I've seen in several months. Pretty much a foul on every possesion. While it's been a physical game the refs were WAY WAY WAY too aggresive with the whistle blowing earlier.
Duncan has stalled since the second quarter. Good

Spurs are getting their shooting groove back after going through a rough spell in the 3rd. THe Mavs have been absolutely amazing from the free throw line. That's one of the few things that's kept them in the game so far. 30 straight? I don't care how good you were during the regular season. That's amazing.
If I look half as fit as Willis does when I'm his age my wife will be thrilled. That dude is a horse.

If the Mavs pull this one out of their ass, the refs deserve MVP honors (although the Mavs deserve credit for taking full advantage of the calls - 43 straight free throws made!)
