A follow-up to the useless poll in this thread. 🙂

After speaking to my advisors over the past few months, ive decided (and got accepted) to study at Hogeschool van Utrecht, in the Netherlands next fall. In the end the decision came down to 2 things. Location and Cost. Not only were the Netherlands much closer to the rest of Europe (for traveling purposes) but it was going to be much cheaper to live there as well.

Anyway, now to my question. Ive been looking into buying a Eurorail pass to travel Europe for the 4 1/2 months that I will be over there, and im not totally sure how it works. All i know so far is that i need to buy it BEFORE i leave to go to Europe. With that in mind, which one do you reccomend i get, and where should i go?? I've never been to Europe before and want to see as much as possible 🙂

Anyone who has been to Europe before, please let me know any info you may have. Thanks!!

EDIT: Here is a map of where i'll be living. Its right in the center (Utrecht) and it is about 15 mins by train outside of Amsterdam.

A bit of an old thread, but OK. I think the site of the Dutch railways might help on internation travelling by train.

Railway Info

Hmm, if I take the train I can get from my house to the centre of Utrecht in about 10 minutes.

P.S. Utrecht -> Amsterdam is about 30-40 minutes by train.

What kind of women do you like? There are some really pretty Moroccan women around here 😀
