Confirm Read Receipt - Outlook 2016

I sent an email out on 7/9/19 and I thought I requested read receipt. Is there a way to confirm that I requested it for this particular email? I had an attachment included, which I also sent hard copy via certified mail but haven't received any type of response (via certified mail or email) from the recipient.

Edit: Nvmd. I found the Message Delivery Report option and it confirms I at least sent it with read receipt. Admin can close the thread.
