Configuring modem for Red Hat 7.1

How can I configure my modem to work under Red Hat 7.1 OS ? Any website can show me step by step ? I am using Aztech Internal PCI 56K modem. Thanks !

linuxdoc.org usually has how-to's for linux. Not many of them though, so if you cant find one let me know, Ill do a google.com/linux search for you and read manpages so you wont have to

[larva] i've had a little experience with the internal modem dilemma and linux. the big deal for me was that i found out that my internal modem was a winmodem (software-based). apparently, linux can't use these modems because they're specifically designed for use by windows. some good news is that some heroic figures have actually programmed i guess what would be drivers for these modems for linux, thus transforming the winmodems into linmodems. bad news for me, is that i couldn't figure out which one to use, and when i found one it didn't work on mine. here are some links including that one from n0cmonkey:
