I got my Static IP from my ISP and setup the primary DNS secondary etc. I got on IRC and was talking ot a few buds of mine and one wanted to send me a short video of him skating and such, so he tried to DCC it to me, but the connection failed.

I looked up some info and opened ports 113, 1024-5000, and 59 (under advanced-->firewall in the DI-642 menu)... Still didnt work... Any Ideas how to get this working?

Being on the receiving end of a DCC only requires that your router allow an oubound tcp connection to a user-configured port on the sender's system. Since you are running a DLINK, chances are that the problem was on the sender's end of things. It's up to the sender to unfirewall his DCC ports and/or port forward as necessary.

thanks bex0rs... but i just gave up and ran a EFTP (www.download.com) encrypted FTP w00t... alot easier setting up a service on port 21 than to try and figure out what MIRC is doing....
