My internet connection comes from the cable into a Win98 system running ICS.
The Win98 system splits the connection to my computer (XP) and my moms computer

The net connection works fine and I've got IIS installed on my XP system. I guess the problem is that ICS is configured to not let outside traffic get into the computer.

How to I set the Win98 system to allow outside computers to access port 21 and 80 on my XP system? (My XP system has an internal IP of 192.168.0.8)

Unless I am missing something, ICS does not have any way to do port forwarding. You will probably need to visit netgear.com or linksys.com and pick up a router to share the connection (assuming that it is DSL/Cable.)

Edit: You might also want to check to make sure your ISP doesn't either block the ports for ftp/http (most broadband ISP's do) and that they don't prohibit using the line for servers.
