Configure the rest of a rig around my 24" LCD and 8800GT OC

I have:
24" Samsung 245BW LCD
BFG 8800GT 512mb OC
Seagate 250GB Barracuda
Keyboard / Mouse / DVD Burner etc

What'd you recommend for:
CPU (Intel)
Mobo
RAM
PSU

Looking the most bang for the buck here

Function: Gaming - mainly MMORPG, occasional FPS

Budget: $300-$350

Brand Preference: Intel

Location: USA

Overclock: A little for shits n giggles

Don't know good bargain priced PSUs :x but as for the ram, look on newegg for some $30 2 gig set from the well known companies, maybe the P35-DS3L? thats like $90 and umm, well an E2160 from egg for $75 maybe? You'd need to OC it more than just a tad but its not hard, hell on stock voltage they can hit 3 ghz.

e2180 for $82; helps guarantee a 3.2Ghz OC; mine is 3.4.
Abit IP35-E quick buy it now it's only $60 AR at newegg
go ahead and buy 4GB of ram, should only run you $75; this stuff is in hot deals section
pick out a PSU; don't skimp here; this is one component where you really get what you pay for a lot of the time.
