Need a computer for web surfing? light gaming? listning to music? I just had to configure something like that for my friend's cousin, I thought i'd share with you all :)

Case- $51

CPU- $58

Mobo- $76

RAM- $72

HD- $65

DVD/CD-RW- $43

Floppy (optional, $11)

Video Card- Integrated GF4MX

(windows XP home = $90 if needed)

TOTAL = $365

Just a remark, since I researched that mobo for someone yesterday: it doesn't appear to have memory-voltage adjustment (possibly an issue if the PC3200 wants more than the vanilla 2.5 volts).

And of course I wonder about the quality of the 300W Casedge PSU :confused: Good, bad?

That case was up on the chopping block for anand's budget system awhile back, they didn't seem to have too many complaints about it, so i'll trust them on that one! But if anyone plans on overclocking, look for another PSU! :D

Nice Build. Good for what it's going to be used though. I would rather get a Geforce 3 TI + Cheap Mobo instead though for some light gaming.
