Configuraing Windows 7 to have specific settings via unattend.xml

As per this article :

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973289

I can, apparently, copy the profile I have customized on the Administrator account to the default profile (via that article), correct me if I am wrong, maybe I mis-understood it.

Specific customizations that I need to copy to new users :

1) Start Menu Changes
2) Old quick launch setup
3) Specific Internet Explorer settings
4) Power Management settings

I have Landesk OSD setup to image our laptops/desktops, which uses an unattend.xml file. My question is, where/what/how do I plug something into the unattend.xmlk file, so that it copies the Administrator Profile over to the default profile, so that the new users can get the profile I have set up?

Prior to imaging, I run sysprep into Audit Mode, with no generalize. If this step helps determine anything.

I am a little new to the unattend script, but if this works, i'd be a happy camper.
