I recently built my son a computer(my first built compter) and I constantly get a configmg error ..restart, at cold start up. I can then start up in safemode. I click a few buttons, then shutdown. When I startup after a few seconds it loads up 98SE and runs super. Any help?? Is this a driver problem? Software? Anything easy I can do to resolve this problem.
