madonna isn't my cup of tea but she's far more talented than artists like britney spears obviously. i was fairly impressed with her live 8 performance as well.

Have you even listened to her latest album? Her voice has none of the squeaky sound that it used to. She sounds really mature and the music is nicely done.

yeah, I've been listening to it non-stop for the past day or so. It's more or less decent dance-pop with a French house/ disco twist. Some of the songs are really catchy.

Not quite as good as Kylie's "Fever" from a year or two ago, tho.

Yes I've heard the new one. My wife has it and I think it sucks. Not my type of music.

The single was ok, when I listened to the rest of the album it was too "more of the same", and a few of the songs were downright annoying.
