Yes the picture is misleading. You only get a few things.

my thoughts:
i think the 12-packs were kind of weak, but for only 2 bucks, it was more than i could buy at walmart
i liked the 36 pack a lot...i thought it was a great deal for 10 bucks

if i were to spend 24 bucks on condoms at wlamart...that would probably land me 30-50...depending on brand an all...so i think i came out good considering i got a large amount of condoms and some random crap to play with
