how do i make windows stop only showing my portions of the pulldown menus? u know when you have to click on the arrows to see the rest of the options? never happened before but i just started, and i am not sure if someone changed a setting on here or what.

thanks for your help.
 
Try disabling 'personal' Menus.

For the start menu:

Right click Start button>Properties>Start Menu Tab>Customize>uncheck 'Use Personalized Menus'

For IE:
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>uncheck 'Enable Personalized Favorites Menu'

These instructions are for Xp they are probably very similar in 2000 and ME.
