So, I've held 4 concurrent jobs before. It was crazy and busy, but I had lots of bills at the time. Had no life for a while though. It lasted about 3 months.

1. (8hours/day) Full time Daytime teaching job. (Cert training, the MCSE, Novell, etc.)
2. (4hrs/day, 3days/week)Part time Evening teaching job.
3. (8-12hrs/weekend)Weekend Contract job with a company on the weekends.
4. (4-6hrs/weekend)Weekend Subcontract job for a consulting firm in the hours I was free.

Got lots of experience out of it. Now, can't find even one job.

My parents never let me get a real job, i'm in college now and have never had a real real payroll'd job.. I've been working in our family's 3 businesses since I was 11, so technically I have/had 0 jobs!

Ahhhhh yes, when will the parents learn to let the kids go. Kids need to go out and try it on their own. Its like the Affirmative Action thing, where people don't think you got the skills because you didn't get in on an equal footing with someone else.

Congrats. I think you're destined to succeed. More experience = better job later on.

Thanks to all those who's responded thus far. It appears, most people only get one job at a time. Does this mean, everyone's happy with what they're making and don't need to get a second job for added income or are you just too busy for a second job?

I would go absolutely insane if I had more than one job. Full time job and part time school will be quite enough for me.

Right now I only have one job, and the answer to the above is yes to both. When I was a teen I had 3jobs for a short period of time, and 2 jobs rather frequently.
