Concrete floor finishing options

Have a commercial basement, about 1000SF. Need to pour a 5" concrete slab down anyway, so thinking to do a concrete finish instead of tiling over it. My thoughts are toward stamped concrete or a marble faux finish.

Questions:

What might the different options run me in terms of cost per SF?

Everything I see in pictures looks very polished. Is it possible to have more or a honed or matte finish? I'd love a honed marble look, or a matte stone look.

Anything I need to watch out for?
