I'm pretty sure this is the same camera one of my friends bought in a similar deal at compusa last summer...
Pics seemed "green" tinted slightly. I'm not sure if there's any settings you could adjust -- like white-balance or maybe and "indoor"/"outdoor" lighting mode.
My impression is: Not terrible for a low-end camera that won't kill you if it gets lost/stolen.
Personally, if you like taking pics, I'd save up a little more for a panasonic, fuji, olympus or canon. The low-end cams (if you can find them) should be had on sale/AR for $20 more than the concord.
