Concerts?

Okay... never been to a concert as I've never been a huge music fan. I have friends who go on and off and with the latest release of NIN's, I'm really happy with the album enough that I'd go to support them in concert. However having never been to a concert (yuck it up, haha 🙂 ), I don't know what to expect or whatever. I don't drink or smoke up, so if that's all there is to it then *shrug*.

Just explain to me exactly what I might expect -- I know every concert is different so I just don't want to LOOK like I am new to this... 🙂

Okay feel free to yuck it up now 😛

You are putting way too much though into it. Just go and enjoy the live music, which is almost in all cases enjoyable, even if it "sucks".

Too bad about not smoking up, that's the only way to fly.

I've only been to a few live concerts myself. Most of the time people just sit and listen. Or stand and groove. If it's something 'wilder' (lol) like a heavy metal band then there's usually an area at the front where people can mosh or act dumb.

edit: oh yeah...have fun! 🙂

Umm depends..You can go sit if thats your thing. But then there is GA which is the most fun at a ROCK/METAL show. And always the best if u can get the closest.

Mash if your into that sort of thing...

Which i am

You will likely be kicked in the back of the head by crowd surfers. This is payment for all the groping you do to the female ones.

If you do decide to drink, bring your own and drink in the parking lot with your friends, but be discreet about it. Concert vendors rape you with their alcohol prices.

Or shave your head and sneak some booze into the place in a colostomy bag... they won't want to open it and they'll feel bad for you because you have "colon cancer."

I have spent the better part of the last 4 months growing my hair... no way I'm choppin it 🙂

I still need another 4 months to get the length I want... I am gonna color it funky when I go for shits and giggles 🙂
