Here's what I'm going to be listening to for the next nine days. I live two blocks from this arena and can hear most bands pretty good from my yard.

Good ticket prices too.

do you mean you aren't charging too much for people to sit in your yard and listen
or
the price to get into the arena isn't too high?
 
we had a rodeo in the town i grew up in

one summer i worked the stands selling pepsi, i made decent money at it for my age (don't remember, probably 14-15 yrs old)
