So my favorite band Tool recently announced that they will be playing in a venue very close to where I live. I am extremely excited.
Tickets went on sale and I bought 8 (the max you can buy) for friends and such.
Well I look at my credit card transactions online just to keep up to date on what I am spending. My balance went down the proportional amount for the tickets, but there was no log of the purchase. Normally the log will come in a few days later so I wasn't worried.
Well this morning I look at my credit card recent transitions and my credit went UP the amount I paid for the tickets. Still nothing in the log.
I can't help but worry that somehow they didn't charge my card and gave the tickets to somebody else. I had plenty of room on my card for the tickets. I also have the conformation email and code that said I bought the tickets. I have yet to get an email from Gettix telling me that they could not complete the transition...
Sorry for the rant but this has me really worried.
I am going to call gettix as soon as they open. 11 EST.
