I installed the Echo cloning software on my 60gb vertex ssd and then installed my plextor m3 128gb ssd. Proceeded with attempting to clone my ocz stuff to the plextor, pc rebooted and I got some kind of error saying the pata device was already registered or in use.
So I reboot, change booting options to boot from the plextor and got the same error. Rebooted, changed my ssd settings back to IDE, booted with my ocz ssd and was able to see the plextor with 119gb in windows.
I decided to install windows on the plextor and try booting from it and I would get the same error.
However, now, when I change my boot settings to the ocz, and boot from it, windows sees both the ocz and plextor in My Computer, but the plextor is my C drive, and it shows the little windows logo on it (I'm assuming that means the location of where windows is booting from) the ocz as D drive. WTH is going on? Honestly everything appears to be running fine. Just kind of weird that BIOS has the ocz as 1st boot priority, but when I log in, the plextor is the C drive.
