Concerning the overclockerz store and honesty of others. (just need some help mods ;) )

hello mod's, just want to state something to you and see if you can clarify it to me.

I know and understand and believe it's your right to do what you see fit with the overclockerz store situation... but i'd just like to state, in the same sense that you're taking care of that, what about people who are purposely lying about it?

somebody misguided a lot of people by telling a few blatant lies about there policies, and what is actually going on.. I would be willing to be more specific if you're willing to discuss this.. if not then that's cool by me... i just wanted to know what the policy was about honesty on this board, and about misguiding people... as it seems, ocz got banned for misguiding people and dishonest... will this apply to others? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.


p.s. I'm in no way affiliated with them, i just happen to hang out on a forum board (www.athlonoc.com, managed by Martin Krohn)

thanks for the feedback, but the thing that burns my britches the most is the fact that people are lying and stretching the truth about there experiences ( whom btw posted on the athlonoc.com forum that he was gonna make it a "crusade" to make sure no one orders from them again. Is that friendly advise, or just plain out being an a**?, that's what i'm asking the mod's)

I just would like to know if the kind of dishonesty and tactics that the ocz store used were not tolerated by the mods, then should those same policy's apply to others who are stretching the truth and being dishonest?

nope, i don't make any money off them... i do buy things from them though.. i live in california, work full time in the military (anyone who's in the military can back me up when i say this really is a "full" time job ) as for abracadbra, nice edited version. I'm taking the advice of others and just leaving it up to mods (which i've emailed).. all i needed was advice, and people were nice enough to help me out, thank you. fin.

if it's the edited version why don't you post the alleged 'real' version then?
i suppose you'll say that you had the decency not to to help further diminish my supposed 'image' and allow you to buy time so that you can possibly concoct a new version to our PM.
nevertheless, the mods have access to our PM and i urge them to post so that the truth does indeed come out.

and to think this started over a little white lie, that went a little something like this...

that was an opinion. nowhere in there does it say oh this is fact! i said that because this is why i figured that they were able to sell me the processor so cheap, amongst other reasons as well. no lie, that's how long it took my order. acutllay, i ordered in august! and by then time i received my order it had depreciated. nowhere does it say i'm an expert, this ofcourse is my opnion because of my experience.
