??? concerning partitioning 80GB of space

Hey everyone, I'm setting up my new rig that consists of 2 IBM 40GB(gxp) hard drives set up in raid 0, and I was wondering whats the best way to partition the 80GB....so as not to waste space and give the best performance??? I want to install W2K.... so I was also wondering if I should use NTFS or FAT32??? Also as long as I'm asking about W2K....should I enable ACPI or not????????? THANKS ALOT in advance😀
