Ok, so we all know Mr. Gates is el hombre con mucho dinero, but much of that is in MS stock and such, so what individual has the most cold, hard cash at their disposal?

Bill Gates cashed out 6 Billion worth of stock back in 1994 or something. That is some cold hard cash!

I am guessing only drug dealers would have cash sitting around.

Not necessarily, it could have easily been funded into his brokerage account, used to buy something else.
